Users must be legally able to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable local laws, game publisher policies, and payment requirements.
Buyers must review listing details before purchase, secure transferred credentials immediately, keep communication within the platform, and avoid chargeback abuse or misuse of delivered accounts.
Sellers must deliver materially accurate inventory, meet the stated delivery window, disclose relevant restrictions, and cooperate with platform support when disputes arise.
Fraud, impersonation, off-platform payment requests, duplicate selling, abusive disputes, credential reuse, bot-driven abuse, and any attempt to bypass marketplace protections are prohibited.
Buyers are responsible for updating passwords, emails, and authentication settings promptly after delivery. Sellers must not retain recovery methods or maintain unauthorized access after fulfillment.
Delivery begins once payment passes risk review. Buyers should remain available during the handoff window. Listings with custom timing may include additional operational notes in the order chat.
Refunds may be granted for non-delivery, materially inaccurate listing content, or failed transfers before completion. Disputes are reviewed using listing data, chat history, timestamps, and delivery evidence.
Payments may be held for manual review. Orders can remain pending until risk checks are cleared. Accepted payment methods may vary by country, order value, and fraud screening results.
We reserve the right to request verification, limit transactions, delay delivery, or cancel orders that appear suspicious. Repeat fraud indicators may result in permanent suspension.
GameAccMarket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse, publisher enforcement actions, or user-side credential failures beyond our direct operational scope.
Listings must be accurate, lawful, and specific. Misleading screenshots, unverifiable claims, or hidden restrictions may result in content removal, sales holds, or account enforcement.
We collect the minimum transaction data required to process orders, maintain support records, and reduce fraud. Sensitive upstream integrations remain server-side and are never exposed to the client.
Accounts, listings, or orders may be restricted, suspended, or terminated when platform rules, payment requirements, or legal obligations require intervention.
These terms may be updated periodically. Material revisions take effect upon publication, and continued use of the marketplace indicates acceptance of the current version.
